My Sweet Potato Salad!



Hey peeps,
it´s New Year´s Eve!
Time to make a fresh start,
eat healthy and dance with funky a heart!

What do we need,
that´s the biggest question in deed!

One big sweet potato
Four carrots
Four pickles
1dl of peas
½ teaspoon of each: pepper, mint, salt, turmeric and curry
About 1 1/2  tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar

No need to say,
organic saves the day ;)

Spices are good for the winter to keep the flu bug away. Turmeric is especially good to fight with cancer and infections and olive oil and mint gives a good fresh breeze from the South ;)

And here´s how I cook it,
it´s time to move-it. move-it!

It´s New Years eve,
no more Christmas sweets.
Time to boil your sweet potato,
some carrots  with  a sea salt water. (Hey, that didn´t rime at all!)
Toss it with some olive oil,
spices and make some noise!
Eat with a healthy brain
Your friends will be your guiding game!
Enter the New with resolutions
Coming Year is full of fusions!
